“When I first met with Alliance and Mark Toriello I told him that we were very happy with our current carrier and agent. Mark had told me that their approach was different in that it focused on delivering consistent value and not just the lowest price. After going through the Alliance Risk Management Process, which included a formal assessment of risk, I began to get a sense that Alliance was unique. The approach of uncovering risks and wasted resources, including money, and then providing strategies to minimize or eliminate these dangers was very effective. In addition to providing coverage and a suite of risk management services, we had never experienced with any other agent, the overall premium was 30% lower than what we paid with our current carrier and agent. We are very pleased with our decision to move forward with Mark and Alliance.”

“We are a mid-cap manufacturing company that was with a large international insurance brokerage who was not giving us the service we required. We were especially concerned with the expense of our workers compensation insurance which was increasing due to poor loss control and injury management by our agent. The Alliance Group took a holistic approach above and beyond the usual transactional sales approach of many other agents. Alliance identified $100,000 in expense that could be retrieved from our current WC program over the next few years. They performed an assessment to identify all of our expense drivers and then set about implementing strategic initiatives to unlock profit dollars from within our current insurance portfolio. After our first year our insurance expense was reduced by $29,000.”

“Alliance retrieved savings trapped in our Work Comp policy. Alliance placed us with a healthcare facility that specializes in work related injuries that had board certified occupational health physicians. The Alliance Group pointed out that our smaller claims were costing us much more than our larger claims. They assisted us in self-insuring on the smaller WC claims which helped drive down our overall WC expense. Alliance was also successful in helping us retain a very valuable employee; who was injured while working, and was out of work on disability. Alliance was able to get clearance for this injured employee to return to work which prevented him from looking for a job with another employer.”
