Mark Toriello

Founder / Director

Mark Toriello has been perfecting his skills in the field of insurance since his graduation from Montclair State University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in finance. Over the last two decades, Mark has worked for several national insurance carriers and insurance agencies. He has continuously developed his technical knowledge and strives to be a leader in his field in order to bring a consultative approach and value to his clients. Mark has participated in numerous trade associations, both as a member and as a director.

In 2008, Mark discovered a serious gap in service in the insurance buying community: the lack of a comprehensive approach to insurance cost management. Through the dedication of time and significant resources focused on closing this gap for his clients, Mark honed his skills in this specific area of his insurance practice, received his designation of Professional Workers Compensation Advisor (PWCA) and launched the Insurance Cost Management and Recovery Process (ICMR™). The ICMR™ Process has proven successful time and again in bringing consistent cost containment, comprehensive management and increased profit to the clients of The Alliance Group.

Siobhan Daly

Sr. Vice President

Siobhan is responsible for account management including the daily servicing, general maintenance and renewal marketing of commercial accounts. Siobhan has over 20 years of insurance industry experience. Siobhan handles our larger and more involved client accounts due to her vast knowledge and proficiency managing in-depth insurance risks and exposures. Prior to joining Alliance, Siobhan was Senior Vice President at Kinloch Partners of Boston. Siobhan earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College in New London, NH and holds a Massachusetts Property & Casualty Broker’s License.

Denise Bailey

Commercial Lines Account Manager

Denise has been working in the insurance industry for the past 15 years and received her property casualty license in 2002. Denise enjoys helping people with their insurance needs and providing prompt exceptional service. Denise’s primary focus is on business insurance and her position is Commercial Lines Account Manager. Her depth of insurance knowledge is only matched by her strength in assisting our clients navigate the complex world of insurance.

Cathy J. Saltus

CISR Commercial Lines Account Manager

Cathy has a wide breadth of insurance knowledge and experience. Cathy obtained her CISR designation in an attempt to perform at her absolute best for our clients. One of her main goals is to inform consumers about the insurance products they are purchasing. Let’s face it, the subject of insurance is intricate and can be very confusing! Cathy’s strong belief is that by educating our customers, we help them to be better able to make informed decisions about their coverages. Cathy can be found, most days, answering client questions, making policy changes, assisting with claims management, and performing all services of what a true insurance agent is expected to do. One of Cathy’s industry specialties is handling our exclusive national car wash insurance program for our numerous car washs operators in NJ, NY and Pa.
